Apartment blocks

These two apartment blocks have a Basement + Ground floor + 2 Floors + Upper floor under a Mansard roof. Entrance into the joint basement is arranged over a two-way covered entry-exit ramp from the new local two-way road.

The basement is arranged to ensure numerous secure parking spaces for residents and storerooms. Above the basement are two apartment blocks, which are connected to the basement by vertical flight of stairs and a lift, intended for disabled access.

In each of the apartment blocks there are 8 apartment units, thus a total of 16 apartments of varying sizes. It is foreseen that in the upper apartments under the mansard roofs are high standard apartments with an above normal room height of 280 cm, also the level of finishings in the residential rooms will be of a high standard (classic parquet of special quality, and in the bathroom and toilet the ceramics are of a higher quality).

Apartments on the ground floor have a fenced atrium, on higher floors there are balconies. All apartments have light from three sides.

These two apartment blocks have a Basement + Ground floor + 3 floors + upper floor under a Mansard roof. Entrance into the joint basement is arranged over a two-way covered entry-exit ramp from the new local two-way road.

The basement is arranged to ensure numerous secure parking spaces for residents as well as service and storerooms. Each building has one vertical stairway-lift, which runs from the basement to the top floor, giving access to the interior connecting corridors and from here to apartment units.  The lift is suitable for disabled access.  

In each of the apartment blocks there are 28 apartment units, thus a total of 56 apartments of varying sizes. On the third floor and level under the mansard roof are higher quality with above normal room heights of 280 cm; the level of finishings of residential rooms is also of high quality. Apartments on the ground floor have fenced atriums; on the higher floors there are balconies. Most of the apartments have light from two sides, a smaller number from only one side.

These are two semi-detached and one independent building with Basement + 1st Floor + level below the Mansard roof. Parking for residents has been arranged in the immediate vicinity by the two-way road, which runs on the south side of the buildings. 

In each building are three apartment flats, which are constructed on separate floors. The ground floor apartments have entrance access directly from the footpaths, which lead to the buildings. All ground floor apartments have a fenced in outside backyard and covered terrace.
Apartments on the 1st floors and those below the mansard roofs are accessible from an open stairway, which lies between the apartment blocks. 

All apartments have light from three-sides.

CONSTRUCTION

All buildings are constructed on a reinforced base. The walls of the floors are a combination of reinforced columns and brick non load-bearing walls. All floors are reinforced concrete.

 

The roof of each building is a gable roof with a 38° pitch.
